Arlington Forest Kitchen, Basement & Screen Porch
This 1941 colonial home in Arlington Forest underwent significant renovations, including the remodeling of the kitchen and basement, as well as the addition of a screen porch.
We replaced the old rear stoop with a new wood-framed screen porch featuring composite decking and a wood ceiling. We also built a new stoop and stairs to the side yard.
Inside, we removed the wall dividing the dining room and kitchen, creating a spacious open-concept kitchen. It features new cabinetry, sleek Frosty Carrina quartz countertops, light blue glass subway backsplash, and new stainless steel appliances.
The existing basement was finished and a new bathroom was added, complete with a custom vanity featuring a Calacatta Miraggio quartz top.
