Barcroft Ranch Whole House Remodel
We completely transformed this entire 1954 ranch home in Arlington with modern pop-top and screen porch additions. The main level was remodeled to create a new open-concept family room and expanded kitchen. The new kitchen has all new appliances, walnut cabinets, handcut backsplash, and a waterfall Silestone Calacatta countertop. We relocated the existing first level bathroom en suite to a new first floor guest bedroom and added a new mudroom.
We installed a modern white oak staircase with metal railings to the new upstairs addition. The upper level has a new master suite with walk-in closet, master bathroom, and master bedroom with vaulted ceilings. The upper level also has a new office, laundry room, two bedrooms, and new bathroom. There are oversized windows throughout, trimmed with drywall reveal beads.
The newly constructed all weather porch is enclosed with sliding vinyl and screen window panels. This screen porch has Ipe flooring and a fir tongue and groove wood ceiling. The entire exterior was upgraded with all new Pella windows, a new Landmark shingle roof, Western Red Cedar siding, Fry Reglet metal trim and a variety of James Hardie panels and siding.
