Atlas Moran Construction is a fast growing design-build company serving Arlington, VA. We are looking for a Carpenter's Assistan that is able to help the Lead Carpenter with day-to-day activities for residential remodeling projects. The candidate will be a hard worker, team player, and eager to learn new skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Carpenter with tasks as necessary

• Loading and unloading material

• Light Demo work

• Site clean up

• Setting up protection on site

• Follow instructions and use tools and equipment to complete daily tasks

• Prepare new construction sites by digging, moving dirt, or compacting space as needed

Requirements

• Must possess a valid driver's license

• Must have dependable transportation

• Agree to background check as well as random drug screening

• High school education or equivalent

• Construction experience preferred

• Able to safely use all power tools and accurately cut wood and other building materials

• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift up to 40 pounds
