Tower Villas Modern Remodel
This Arlington condominium remodel transformed a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home into a cohesive and modern living space. The project focused on enhancing both functionality and aesthetics, creating a more open and inviting layout that suited the client's needs.
The new kitchen was completely redesigned with all new cabinetry, porcelain countertops, and a large peninsula island for added functionality. A specialty induction cooktop was concealed under the countertop to allow the clients to cook directly on the porcelain surface, creating an invisible cooktop with controls mounted inside the cabinetry. A flush ceiling mounted range hood was placed above the island. The pantry was redesigned to provide efficient storage with new cabinetry, a bar sink, and a wine fridge. Full height porcelain backsplash ties everything together.
The master and hall bathrooms underwent complete renovations, showcasing sleek fixtures, custom cabinetry, and contemporary tile finishes.
Throughout the home, significant attention was given to modernizing the interior. Trim-less doors, flush mounted electrical devices, flange-less recessed lighting, and flush mounted reveal base create a super sleek, modern interior with clean lines and superior craftsmanship. Considerable time and planning went into the electrical design which showcases the clients’ substantial art collection.
The scope of work encompassed the entire condominium. All existing parquet flooring was replaced with luxury vinyl planks and new carpeting, and textured ceilings were scraped to create a smooth, updated look. Updated fixtures, new pocket doors, and new hardware seamlessly tied the space together. Bulkheads were removed to eliminate obstructions, allowing natural light to flow freely and offering uninterrupted views of the city. The result was a brighter, more open space with a modern aesthetic.
This remodel achieved a stunning transformation, resulting in a beautiful home that combines clean lines, modern finishes, and a thoughtfully designed layout to maximize space and light. We were able to execute against our client’s vision and give them their dream home.
