A 1930s cape cod was completely remodeled with a two-story pop-top addition to create the client's dream home. The main level was remodeled to create an open concept family room and expanded kitchen. The old screen porch and stoop were removed and an all weather porch and new welcoming entry were constructed in its place. The new upper level included a master suite with walk-in closet, laundry closet, office with vaulted fir ceilings, second bathroom, and two bedrooms with shared walk-in closet. An expansive new attic completed the upper level. All new windows and doors were installed along with HardiePlank siding and architectural shingle roofing.
