The first floor of this 1940s colonial was completely transformed with an open concept and updated kitchen. The original kitchen was removed along with major portions of the rear wall of the original house. The dining room and living room were opened up and new 24 x 48 Bianco Matte tile was installed to create a continuous tile floor in the front and back areas of the house. A modern kitchen with two-tone cabinets and custom site-assembled island was installed to give the clients the clean, modern, and sleek aesthetic that they have always wanted.
